This product group encompasses the R3 imperial-series model and its variants, all manufactured from high-grade SUS304 stainless steel. A key feature is the enhanced guidance precision of the inner ring, which ensures that the rolling elements maintain accurate tracking even under high-speed, fluctuating operating conditions. The 304 material offers excellent heat resistance, retaining essential mechanical properties in moderate-temperature environments ranging from 200°C to 300°C. In terms of maintenance, the bearing surfaces resist the accumulation of grease decomposition products, facilitating easy cleaning.
Bearing Features
These bearings are widely used in textile machinery, cosmetic production lines, and sliding components for high-end furniture. With both inner and outer rings treated to be non-magnetic, they serve as common rotary support components in precision physical experimental instruments.
