The R4 series represents a larger category of inch-sized miniature bearings, utilizing SUS304 stainless steel to enhance structural integrity in harsh environments. Compared to smaller models, this series features optimized ball counts and diameters to deliver higher radial load ratings.
Bearing Features
The excellent toughness of the 304 material allows the bearings to absorb more vibrational energy, resulting in lower vibration levels during operation. These characteristics make them ideal for applications with strict noise requirements, such as handheld medical instruments, precision optical focusing systems, and dental handpieces. Additionally, the natural luster of the stainless steel enhances the visual appeal of the bearings when installed in exposed equipment, eliminating the need for anti-rust oil coatings.
