Industrial Bearing Manufacturers — Jiangsu Yinghong Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. is a group-based enterprise formed through the joint investment of Dongguan Yinghong, Linqing Boshuo and Yancheng Jiwei. We operate as a China-based precision special bearing factory, developing, manufacturing and servicing high-precision deep groove ball bearings and customized non-standard bearings under the YHU brand. Our production base covers more than 15,000 square meters, with nearly 10,000 square meters of manufacturing facilities, automated production lines and high-precision testing equipment.
The range we deliver spans bearing steel bearings, stainless steel bearings, flanged bearings, dental handpiece bearings, thrust ball bearings, angular contact bearings, ceramic bearings and engineered plastic bearings. We supply OEMs, plant engineering teams and distributors who need consistent dimensional accuracy, controlled noise and vibration, and application-specific sealing or material performance.
As a Industrial Bearing Manufacturers, we match product configuration to the application, operating limits, interfaces and acceptance criteria defined for each project.
Our catalog is organized around standard bearing series and specialty families. The following table shows the main categories we manufacture and the application fit we support.
| Product Family | Typical Configurations | Application Fit |

| Bearing Steel Bearings | Open, shielded, sealed; inch and metric miniature series | High hardness, wear resistance and fatigue life for general industrial rotating equipment |
| Stainless Steel Bearings | SUS304, SUS316, SUS420, SUS440, special stainless steels | Food processing, marine equipment, medical devices, semiconductor equipment, chemical and washdown environments |
| Flanged Bearings | Metric miniature F-series, MF-series, inch FR-series, thin-wall F-series; stainless variants | Compact axial location without separate housing; printers, actuators, small gearboxes, idler pulleys |
| Dental Handpiece Bearings | High-speed dental drill bearings, low-speed handpiece bearings, grinding machine bearings | Ultra-low noise and vibration, high-speed rotation, precision instrument spindles |
| Thrust Ball Bearings & Angular Contact Bearings | Bearing steel and stainless steel miniature thrust series; angular contact in standard and non-standard sizes | Axial load handling, combined-load spindles, automation and precision positioning systems |
We manufacture deep groove ball bearings in four material groups: bearing steel, stainless steel, ceramic and specialty plastics. Each group is matched to a working environment rather than applied uniformly across a project.
Bearing steel provides high and uniform hardness, excellent wear resistance and a high elastic limit. We use it for miniature and thin-section deep groove ball bearings where load capacity, fatigue life and dimensional stability are the priority.
Stainless steel bearings provide corrosion resistance when exposed to moisture, washdown media and process chemicals. We supply SUS304 and SUS316 for corrosion and chemical resistance, plus SUS420 and SUS440 where hardness and wear resistance are also required. Special stainless steel grades are available for non-standard projects.
YHU bearings are engineered for low noise, low vibration, low friction, high precision, high-speed operation and reliable sealing. Operating noise of 20–25 dB is achievable in selected miniature series. Depending on material and heat treatment, specially treated stainless steel bearings can operate from -253°C to 350°C.
For demanding operating environments, we also provide self-lubricating, electrically insulating, non-magnetic, acid-resistant and alkali-resistant bearing variants. These properties matter most in semiconductor equipment, aerospace subsystems, medical devices, marine equipment, robotic drives, drones and financial equipment.
Our engineering team works from your drawing, sample or application data. We define the bearing type, material grade, seal/shield configuration, radial clearance, cage type, lubrication and tolerance class together before we cut any steel.
We operate a closed-loop quality management system covering raw material incoming inspection, in-process control and finished-product verification. The factory is certified under IATF 16949 and holds RoHS, CE and SGS evidence, with multiple invention and utility model patents supporting our process and product development.
Critical performance parameters are verified before delivery: dimensional accuracy, running noise, vibration, sealing integrity, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. We use high-precision inspection and testing equipment across the production flow so that batches meet the same specification as the approved sample.
We position ourselves as a customization-oriented bearing manufacturer. This means we take projects from solution design and prototype production through mass delivery and after-sales technical support. Our services include:

Bearing steel bearings offer high hardness, wear resistance and load-carrying capacity for general industrial applications. Stainless steel bearings are selected when the assembly is exposed to moisture, chemicals, washdown or corrosive media. Within stainless, we match the grade to the environment: SUS304/SUS316 for corrosion resistance and SUS420/SUS440 for higher hardness.
Yes. We regularly produce customized non-standard and shaped bearings. Our team reviews the drawing, material requirements, load data and production volume, then provides a design and prototype before mass production.
We manufacture miniature and thin-section deep groove bearings with controlled noise and vibration. Our dental handpiece bearing line is specifically built for high-speed, low-noise operation, and the same manufacturing discipline is applied to other precision series.
Our quality system is certified to IATF 16949, and our products meet RoHS and CE requirements. SGS test reports are available for selected series. Finished bearings are verified for dimension, noise, vibration, sealing, wear and corrosion resistance before shipment.
We need the bearing reference or drawing, operating speed and loads, shaft and housing details, environment (temperature, chemicals, moisture), sealing and lubrication preferences, precision grade, volume and delivery terms. With these inputs, we can propose a material, configuration and acceptance plan.
