View MoreAs a professional Wholesale SUS304 Flange Bearings Factory, Jiangsu Yinghong Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. (YHU) supplies high-precision stainless steel flanged ball bearings for demanding applications where corrosion resistance, hygiene, and non-magnetic behavior are critical. Our SUS304 flange bearings combine the load-carrying capability of deep groove ball bearings with a machined flange that simplifies housing design and axial location.
We manufacture a complete series of SUS304 flanged bearings in both metric and inch dimensions, covering bore sizes from miniature to small industrial ranges. The SFR series is our standard offering, with variants such as SFR1-4, SFR133, SFR1-5, SFR144/SFR2-5/SFR2-6/SFR2/SFR2A, SFR155, SFR156/SFR166/SFR3/SFR3A, SFR168/SFR188/SFR4/SFR4A, SFR1810, SFR6/SFR1038, and SFR8. Each series is designed for specific load and speed profiles, and we also produce custom flange geometries to match non-standard housings.
| Series | Typical Bore Range (mm) | Application Focus |
|---|---|---|
| SFR1-4, SFR133 | 1.5 – 3 | Miniature instruments, dental handpieces |
| SFR1-5, SFR144, SFR2-5 | 2 – 5 | Small motors, robotics, precision tools |
| SFR155, SFR156, SFR166 | 3 – 6 | Medical devices, food processing equipment |
| SFR168, SFR188, SFR3, SFR3A | 4 – 8 | Pumps, marine equipment, chemical dosing |
| SFR1810, SFR4, SFR4A | 5 – 10 | Textile machinery, packaging lines |
| SFR6, SFR8, SFR1038 | 6 – 12 | Industrial gearboxes, conveyors |
All bearings are available with open, shielded (ZZ), or sealed (2RS) configurations, and we can supply with food-grade grease or high-temperature lubricants on request.
SUS304 is an austenitic stainless steel with 18% chromium and 8% nickel, offering excellent corrosion resistance in atmospheric, fresh water, and many chemical environments. In the annealed condition it is non-magnetic, which is essential for sensitive electronic and medical applications. Our bearings are manufactured from certified SUS304 bar and tube stock, and we maintain full material traceability.
For more aggressive chemical exposure, we also offer SUS316 Flange Bearings and SUS440 Flange Bearings for higher hardness or enhanced pitting resistance.
Our SUS304 flange bearings are used across a wide spectrum of industries where stainless steel is mandatory for hygiene, corrosion resistance, or non-magnetic properties. Typical applications include:
Conveyor rollers, filling machines, washdown areas
Handpieces, surgical tools, diagnostic equipment
Deck machinery, navigation instruments, winches
Pumps, valves, agitators in corrosive media
We also supply these bearings to the semiconductor, aerospace, and textile industries where cleanroom compatibility and non-magnetic properties are essential.
Our engineering team works directly with your drawings or samples to develop custom flange bearings that meet exact dimensional, load, and environmental requirements. We can modify:
We use Japanese precision manufacturing technology and automated production lines to ensure consistency from prototype to mass production. Our in-house R&D team supports bearing design optimization and failure analysis.
Quality is embedded in every stage of our production, from incoming material inspection to final noise and vibration testing. Our factory is equipped with high-precision measuring instruments and a closed-loop quality management system. We hold IATF 16949, RoHS, CE, and SGS certifications, and we provide material certificates and inspection reports with each shipment.
Every SUS304 flange bearing is tested for dimensional accuracy, radial clearance, and running noise. We also perform corrosion spot tests on a sampling basis to verify material grade. Our quality system ensures that bearings leaving our factory meet the strictest tolerances for miniature and small-size applications.
To prepare a precise quotation and engineering proposal, we need the following project data. The more complete the information, the faster we can respond with a suitable configuration.
For non-standard designs, we can produce prototypes within a short lead time and then scale to mass production. Our team provides full technical support from design review to after-sales service.
SUS304 is the Japanese JIS designation for the same material as ASTM 304. Both have identical chemical composition (18% Cr, 8% Ni) and mechanical properties. The only difference is the standard system used for documentation. Our bearings are manufactured to JIS G4305 specifications and we provide material certificates confirming compliance.
In the annealed condition, SUS304 is essentially non-magnetic. However, cold working during bearing manufacturing (such as grinding and forming) can induce slight magnetism in the raceways. If strict non-magnetic performance is required, we can apply a final solution annealing treatment or use a higher alloy grade like SUS316. We will discuss your specific requirement during the proposal stage.
Yes. We can produce flange bearings with custom hole patterns, including different hole diameters, number of holes, and angular positions. Our CNC machining ensures accurate hole placement, and we can also add counterbores or threaded holes if needed.
For standard sizes, we maintain stock and can ship within 7–15 days. Custom designs require prototype approval, typically 2–4 weeks for samples and 4–6 weeks for mass production, depending on complexity and quantity. We work with your schedule to meet project deadlines.
Yes. Each shipment includes a material certificate, dimensional inspection report, and noise/vibration test data. We also provide SGS test reports upon request. Our quality system is IATF 16949 certified, and all products comply with RoHS and CE directives.
Absolutely. We offer food-grade grease options and can provide bearings with FDA-compliant lubricants. The SUS304 material is suitable for washdown environments, and we can add special seals to prevent ingress of water or cleaning agents.
Our portfolio also includes Products for applications with different operating ranges, interfaces or integration requirements.
