View MoreAs a PA66 Bearings manufacturer, Jiangsu Yinghong Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. produces nylon bearings under the registered brand YHU for sliding positions where a dry-running, oil-resistant, shock-damping part outperforms steel. The company was formed through the joint investment of Dongguan Yinghong, Linqing Boshuo and Yancheng Jiwei, and now runs a 15,000 m² factory in Funing County, Yancheng, with more than 300 sets of production equipment and over 200 employees.
PA66 sits inside a wider plastic bearing family we manufacture — POM, PP, UPE, PEEK, PTFE, PVDF, PI and specially modified grades — so a project can be steered to the polymer that actually matches its load, temperature and chemical exposure instead of forcing nylon into every position. Our core output remains high-precision deep groove ball bearings and custom non-standard bearings, and PA66 components are produced on the same automated lines and high-precision inspection equipment.
YHU at a glance: 15,000 m² factory area in Yancheng, Jiangsu · 300+ sets of production equipment · 200+ employees · IATF 16949, RoHS, CE and SGS certified · registered trademark YHU · full-process service from solution design and prototype to series delivery and after-sales technical support.
PA66 bearings are produced to the customer's drawing or sample, from prototype quantities through to repeat series delivery. The polymer brings toughness, impact damping and resistance to oils, greases and many hydrocarbons, which makes it a first choice for unlubricated mechanisms that are also mechanically punished.
Where a position is governed by rolling contact rather than sliding contact, we compare the duty against our Deep Groove Ball Bearings so the assembly is not committed to the wrong wear mechanism.
| Polymer | Typical strengths | Design considerations | Where it usually fits |
|---|---|---|---|
| POM | High stiffness, low friction, good creep resistance | Lower impact toughness than PA66; limited acid resistance | Precision bushings, office machines |
| PA66 | Toughness, impact damping, oil and grease resistance | Absorbs moisture, so clearance must allow for dimensional change | Dry-running, shock-loaded, oil-exposed positions |
| UPE | Very high abrasion resistance, low friction | Lower stiffness and a more modest temperature ceiling | High-wear and impact sliding contact |
| PP | Chemical resistance, low density, economical | Modest stiffness and wear resistance | Light-load, washdown and chemical exposure |
| PVDF | Chemical resistance with higher strength than PP | Higher cost, tighter material sourcing | Chemical processing, wet benches |
| PEEK | High temperature capability, strength, low wear | Top cost tier, disciplined processing control | Semiconductor, medical, aerospace |
| PI | Extreme temperature performance, high strength | Cost and moisture sensitivity | Aerospace and high-temperature assemblies |
| Specially modified grades | Property tuning with fillers, lubricants or reinforcement | The exact grade must be fixed alongside the drawing | Problem positions standard grades cannot hold |
Reinforced PA66 raises stiffness and creep resistance under sustained load, at the cost of impact toughness and greater wear on the mating surface. Unfilled PA66 stays quieter and absorbs shock better. The choice is settled together with the geometry, not before it.
PA66 bearings are frequently specified in positions that run without external lubrication and see a mix of radial load, edge loading and vibration: office machines and printers, power tools, household appliances, automotive interior and body mechanisms, textile and packaging machinery, conveyor rollers, pump and valve components exposed to oils and fuels, electrical and insulating parts, and fitness equipment.
Plastic bearings are limited by the heat generated at the sliding interface rather than by a hardness ceiling. The usable combination of contact pressure and surface speed falls as the duty cycle becomes continuous, because PA66 has a low thermal conductivity and relies on the shaft and housing to draw heat away.
PA66 takes up moisture from ambient air, and the resulting dimensional change is the single most common cause of a nylon bearing seizing or running loose. Bore and outside diameter tolerances are therefore set around the moisture condition the part will reach in service, with running clearance agreed before the drawing is released.
We build PA66 parts against drawings, samples or 3D data, and the same engineering team that configures the part follows it through tooling, prototype production and series manufacturing. Structure, wall thickness, material grade and running clearance can be optimized for a specific mechanism rather than accepted from a catalogue.
Yinghong operates a closed-loop quality management system covering raw material intake, production processes and finished goods release, supported by IATF 16949, RoHS, CE and SGS certification and a portfolio of invention and utility model patents.
A workable configuration and quotation come from the working point, the mating parts and the production target. These are the inputs we ask for.
| What we need | What it lets us confirm |
|---|---|
| Drawing, sample or 3D model | Geometry, wall thickness, radii, tolerances and any flange or retaining features |
| Shaft and housing dimensions with fit class | Running clearance and the moisture state the part must be dimensioned for |
| Load direction and magnitude | Contact pressure, whether sliding or rolling contact is the better mechanism |
| Speed, duty cycle and movement pattern | Heat generation, surface speed limit and lubrication strategy |
| Operating and peak temperature | Grade selection, reinforcement level and clearance allowance |
| Chemical, moisture and cleaning exposure | Whether PA66 is the right polymer or another grade from our plastic range fits better |
| Annual volume and delivery pattern | Prototype, pilot and series planning across our full YHU bearing product range |
| Target service life and acceptance requirements | Wear allowance, inspection items and the documentation agreed for the order |
PA66 bearings are normally fitted without external lubrication, which removes grease lines, seals and relubrication routines from the assembly. Installation quality still decides service life.
Orders are confirmed with the drawing revision, material grade, quantity, packaging and documentation scope recorded together, so the delivered part and its paperwork stay tied to one configuration. Bulk packaging, individual bagging or customer-specific labelling are agreed before tooling and production are released.
It is a nylon bearing used where a mechanism runs dry or in contact with oils, greases and hydrocarbons, and where shock and vibration must be damped instead of transmitted. Office machines, appliances, power tools, automotive mechanisms, textile and packaging equipment and conveyor rollers are typical applications.
Yes. Custom development starts from a drawing, sample or 3D model, moves through prototype production for fit and function checks, and continues into series delivery on the same controlled process.
PA66 picks up moisture from the surrounding air and changes dimension as a result. We set bore and outside diameter tolerances around the moisture condition the part will reach in service, and agree running clearance with your shaft and housing fits before the drawing is released.
They are self-lubricating and normally run without grease or oil, which suits clean and maintenance-free assemblies. Where a position combines high load with continuous motion, we assess whether the heat generated at the sliding interface still allows dry running or whether another polymer or a rolling solution serves the assembly better.
Yinghong holds IATF 16949, RoHS, CE and SGS certification, together with invention and utility model patents. Tests on precision, noise, vibration, sealing, wear resistance and corrosion resistance are carried out with high-precision inspection equipment inside our closed-loop quality system.
