View MoreJiangsu Yinghong Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. (YHU) manufactures ceramic bearings for applications where conventional steel bearings reach their limits — high-speed spindles, corrosive process lines, vacuum systems, and equipment requiring electrical insulation or non-magnetic behavior. As a Ceramic Bearings manufacturer in China, we produce four ceramic bearing families under the registered YHU brand: zirconia full-ceramic, silicon nitride full-ceramic, bearing steel hybrid, and stainless steel hybrid.
Our facility spans more than 15,000 square meters and operates automated production lines based on Japanese precision manufacturing technology. We hold IATF 16949, RoHS, CE, and SGS certifications, and every bearing lot is tested for dimensional accuracy, noise, vibration, sealing integrity, and material performance before shipment.
We offer four ceramic bearing configurations, each engineered for a specific set of operating conditions. The table below summarizes the material combination and primary application fit for each family.
| Bearing Type | Ring Material | Ball Material | Primary Applications |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zirconia Ceramic | ZrO₂ | ZrO₂ | Chemical pumps, medical devices, food processing, non-magnetic and insulating environments |
| Silicon Nitride Ceramic | Si₃N₄ | Si₃N₄ | High-speed spindles, aerospace actuators, semiconductor equipment, EV traction motors |
| Bearing Steel Hybrid | GCr15 chrome steel | Si₃N₄ | Electric motors, power tools, pumps, industrial gearboxes |
| Stainless Steel Hybrid | SUS440C / SUS316 | Si₃N₄ | Marine equipment, pharmaceutical lines, washdown and corrosive environments |
Full ceramic bearings — zirconia and silicon nitride — use ceramic rings and ceramic balls. They are electrically insulating, non-magnetic, and resistant to acids, alkalis, and most chemicals. Zirconia offers excellent fracture toughness and is the preferred choice for chemical processing, medical instruments, and food contact equipment. Silicon nitride is lighter and harder, making it the standard for high-speed rotation where centrifugal force on the balls limits bearing life.
Hybrid ceramic bearings combine steel rings with silicon nitride balls. The ceramic balls are roughly 40% lighter than steel balls, which reduces centrifugal loading at speed, lowers operating temperature, and extends grease life. Bearing steel hybrids are the economical upgrade for standard electric motors and industrial drives. Stainless steel hybrids add corrosion resistance for washdown, marine, and pharmaceutical environments.
Ceramic bearings require careful matching of cage, seal, clearance, and lubrication to the operating envelope. We configure each bearing around the following parameters:
Every ceramic bearing lot passes through our closed-loop quality management system, from raw material incoming inspection to finished product testing. We verify dimensional accuracy, radial and axial runout, noise and vibration levels, sealing effectiveness, and material hardness. SGS test reports are available for material composition and performance verification, and our IATF 16949 certification supports automotive and high-reliability programs.
We support OEM and ODM ceramic bearing projects. Our engineering team works from your drawings, samples, or performance specifications to design and produce custom ceramic bearings — including non-standard bore sizes, special cage materials, modified clearances, and application-specific lubrication. We manage the full process from prototype to mass production, with rapid response to personalized requirements.
Our broader Products range also includes Deep Groove Ball Bearings in bearing steel and stainless steel, flanged bearings, dental handpiece bearings, thrust bearings, and specialty plastic bearings.
To prepare a ceramic bearing configuration and quotation, we need the following project data:
Full ceramic bearings use ceramic rings and ceramic balls, making them fully non-magnetic, electrically insulating, and resistant to chemical attack. Hybrid ceramic bearings use steel rings with silicon nitride balls, offering the speed and weight advantages of ceramic balls while retaining the load capacity and dimensional stability of steel rings. Hybrids are typically more cost-effective and are the preferred choice for most industrial applications.
Zirconia (ZrO₂) offers higher fracture toughness and is well suited for chemical resistance, food processing, and medical applications. Silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) is lighter, harder, and has better high-temperature performance, making it the standard for high-speed spindles, aerospace, and semiconductor equipment. We can help you match the material to your specific operating conditions.
Yes. We specialize in custom non-standard bearings. Send us your drawing, sample, or dimensional requirements, and our engineering team will design and manufacture the bearing to your specification, including custom bore sizes, widths, cage materials, and sealing arrangements.
Our manufacturing facility holds IATF 16949, RoHS, CE, and SGS certifications. Each bearing lot is tested for dimensional accuracy, noise, vibration, sealing integrity, and material performance. SGS test reports are available on request.
For vacuum and cleanroom environments, we offer dry-running configurations with specialized cages and no lubricant, or with low-outgassing greases selected for the specific vacuum level. We also provide PEEK and PTFE cages that operate without additional lubrication in many dry-running applications.
Our portfolio also includes Bearing Steel Bearings for applications with different operating ranges, interfaces or integration requirements.
