A flange bearing is a housed bearing assembly in which the outer housing carries a machined flange plate drilled with mounting holes. The flange plate allows the unit to be bolted directly onto a mac...

View MoreJiangsu Yinghong Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. (YHU) is a professional manufacturer of high-precision deep groove ball bearings and customized non-standard bearings. Our Metric Miniature F-Series is the flanged branch of our metric miniature bearing programme: a compact radial ball bearing with an integral flange on the outer ring, so the bearing can be located axially without separate retaining hardware. As a wholesale Metric Miniature F-Series Factory, we produce the F60, F62, F63, F68 and F69 series for customers in precision instruments, small motors, robotics and automation equipment.
The Metric Miniature F-Series belongs to our Bearing Steel Flanged Bearings group and is available in the five dimensional families shown below. The flange diameter, bore size, width and ball complement follow metric miniature bearing conventions; we quote exact dimensions from our catalogue or from your drawing.
| Series | Position in Range | Typical Applications | Engineering Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| F60 Series | Ultra-compact flanged bearing for very small bores | Micro motors, encoders, flow meters | Small cross-section; low friction torque |
| F62 Series | Slightly heavier miniature section | Small gearboxes, pumps, fans | Higher load capacity for a given bore |
| F63 Series | Heavier miniature section | Power tools, actuators | Robust outer ring support and higher stiffness |
| F68 Series | Thin-section metric miniature | Robotics joints, medical handpieces | Low friction and low noise |
| F69 Series | Thin-section with larger bore | Drones, flow meters, textile spindles | Lightweight, low torque, compact axial length |
The outer flange replaces a shoulder, circlip or housing cover. This allows the bearing to be pressed into a plain through-bore while the flange locates the axial position, simplifying housing machining and speeding assembly. The flange also gives better axial support in applications where the bearing is mounted in thin sheet-metal housings.
For installation, we recommend a controlled press-fit on the stationary ring and a light push fit on the rotating ring, with grease fill and seal type selected for the operating speed and ambient condition. Bearing tolerances, radial internal clearance and preload are defined in our proposal so your assembly team knows what to expect before the first pilot run.
As a National High-Tech Enterprise, we hold IATF 16949, RoHS, CE and SGS certification and use automated production lines with high-precision testing equipment. Our engineering team supports bearing design and optimization, prototype production, mass delivery and failure analysis. Customization options include bore and flange geometry, width, seal type, cage material, ball grade and lubrication. For non-standard designs we work from drawings, samples or a failed part to be reverse-engineered.
This range sits inside our wider Flanged Bearings programme. Depending on your project, we can also propose a stainless steel flanged bearing from our corrosion-resistant families or a thin-wall F-series variant for weight-sensitive assemblies.
Each production batch is controlled from incoming steel to final assembly. We verify key dimensions, radial internal clearance, running accuracy, noise, vibration, sealing and grease behaviour before release. SGS test reports are available for the F-series range, and our quality system follows IATF 16949 procedures for production part approval and traceability.
Provide the following information with your enquiry. We use it to prepare the bearing configuration, inspection plan and quotation for your specific project.
Metric Miniature F-Series covers flanged versions of the F60, F62, F63, F68 and F69 metric miniature deep groove families. Metric MF-Series is a separate flanged range with a different cross-section and bore combination. If you cannot find your exact size, send the dimensions; we will match it to the correct series or produce a custom flange bearing.
Yes. We produce custom non-standard bearings alongside standard lines. We can adjust bore, outer diameter, flange diameter, thickness, chamfers and ball complement. Send a drawing or sample, and we will confirm feasibility before quoting.
Many customers use the same compact geometry for medical devices, dental handpieces and laboratory instruments. For those environments we can supply stainless steel flanged bearings and specialized lubricants. Confirm speed, sterilization and corrosion requirements in your enquiry so we can propose the correct material and seal package.
We are certified to IATF 16949, RoHS, CE and SGS, and we can provide dimensional reports, material certificates, SGS test reports and, for serial production, a control plan. Specific documentation requirements can be written into the quotation.
Send your application conditions and target quantity. We can supply prototype samples first and then scale to serial production after sample approval. Our engineering team remains available during your pilot assembly and field trials.
Our portfolio also includes Products for applications with different operating ranges, interfaces or integration requirements.
