View MoreJiangsu Yinghong Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. (YHU) is a precision bearing manufacturer in China and produces the Metric MF-Series as part of our bearing steel flanged bearing program. The MF-Series is a compact metric flanged ball bearing family: the outer ring carries an integral flange that registers against the housing face or bore, simplifying axial location and often replacing a separate retaining ring or shoulder. We produce MF10, MF11 and MF12 series on automated production lines and support OEM projects with sealed, shielded and customized configurations.
For volume and distribution programs, our Wholesale Metric MF-Series Factory operates with full-process inspection and documented material control. The range is part of our Flanged Bearings family and the Bearing Steel Flanged Bearings category, where we control ring grinding, ball selection, assembly and final testing.
Metric MF-Series bearings use millimeter-based dimensions and a flanged outer ring. Unlike a standard deep groove ball bearing, which needs a housing shoulder or retaining ring for axial location, the MF-Series flange creates a repeatable datum that centers the bearing in a through-bore. The flange also distributes light thrust loads over a wider annular face.
| Series | Positioning | Typical Application Fit | Configuration Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| MF10 | Compact MF frame for small shaft diameters and narrow axial envelopes. | Encoders, small motors, printers, precision instruments. | Open, shielded or sealed; low-noise grease for quiet running. |
| MF11 | Intermediate metric flange frame balancing compactness with stiffness. | Robotics joints, small pumps, medical devices, power tools. | Available with controlled radial clearance and application-specific lubricants. |
| MF12 | Larger MF-series frame for higher load capacity while retaining a flanged OD. | Electric tools, gearboxes, light industrial equipment. | Seal and shield variants; bearing steel races and balls. |
The primary value of the MF-Series is that the flange performs two functions: axial location and load distribution. In a through-bore housing, the flange stops the bearing at a controlled depth, reducing assembly tolerance stack and preventing axial movement under light thrust. This makes the series a practical choice for compact rotating assemblies manufactured in high volume with predictable running torque.
The MF-Series standard range uses high-carbon chromium bearing steel for rings and balls. The flange is turned and ground in the same operation family as the outer ring to preserve concentricity and face squareness. Incoming steel, heat treatment, raceway grinding, lapping, assembly and final inspection are handled under a closed-loop quality system.
For applications where corrosion resistance or chemical exposure is the priority, we recommend our stainless steel flanged bearing program. The MF-Series remains the first choice for clean, lightly loaded, high-speed assemblies where dimensional stability and low running torque are more important than environmental resistance.
Every MF-Series proposal starts from measurable operating requirements. Our engineering team reviews the dimensions, load spectrum and speed target, then confirms the bearing configuration before production. The following variables are defined and inspected as part of the finished bearing:
We are not limited to standard MF-Series catalog numbers. The same production system supports custom non-standard bearings, and our engineering team can adapt an MF design when flange diameter, width, seal, cage or lubricant must change to fit an existing housing. Customization projects move from solution design and prototype production to mass delivery, with failure analysis and technical support available after the bearing is in service.
YHU is a National High-Tech Enterprise and holds multiple invention and utility model patents. Our quality system is certified to IATF 16949, with RoHS and CE compliance, and SGS test reports are maintained for representative batches. Finished MF-Series bearings are inspected for dimensional precision, noise, vibration, sealing, wear resistance and corrosion resistance as required by the drawing.
To prepare a MF-Series configuration and quotation, we need the operating envelope and the assembly constraints. The most efficient RFQ includes:
With these inputs, we return a specific MF-Series configuration, the corresponding quality documentation and a proposal that matches your production plan.
An MF-Series bearing is a metric ball bearing with an integral flange on the outer ring. The flange provides axial location in a housing bore, which simplifies assembly and eliminates a separate retaining ring. Our MF10, MF11 and MF12 series cover compact precision applications.
Yes. We configure MF-Series with open, shielded or sealed designs depending on the application. The seal and grease package is selected from the operating speed, temperature range and contamination level of the assembly.
The standard range uses high-carbon chromium bearing steel for the rings and balls. For corrosion-resistant applications, our stainless steel flanged bearing program is the appropriate alternative.
Yes. As a manufacturer, we regularly develop custom flanged bearings from drawings, samples or existing parts. We compare envelope, load, speed and environmental requirements before proposing a design, then support prototype and mass production.
The most useful inputs are the bore, OD, width and flange dimensions; application type; radial and axial loads; speed; temperature range; expected quantity; and any preferred seal or grease. We use those details to configure the bearing and return a proposal.
Our portfolio also includes Products for applications with different operating ranges, interfaces or integration requirements.
