View MoreAs a professional precision special bearing manufacturer in China, Jiangsu Yinghong Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. supplies Specialty Stainless Steel Flange Bearings under the YHU brand. We combine Japanese precision manufacturing technology, automated production lines, and a closed-loop quality system to deliver standard miniature flanged bearings and custom-engineered versions for OEMs, distributors, and industrial end users. Our Wholesale Specialty Stainless Steel Flange Bearings Factory supports projects from prototype to mass production.
The specialty range is designed for direct bolt-on mounting in food processing, medical equipment, marine systems, semiconductor tools, robotics, and instrumentation. The flange replaces a separate housing, reducing assembly cost and axial space while providing a repeatable mounting face.
Within our broader Stainless Steel Flanged Bearings program, specialty versions are selected when the application demands a specific combination of corrosion resistance, hardness, magnetic response, or flange geometry. The table below summarizes how we match material grade to operating conditions.
| Material | Key Properties | Typical Application Fit |
|---|---|---|
| SUS304 | Austenitic, low magnetic response, good general corrosion resistance | Food processing, pharmaceutical, washdown environments, instruments |
| SUS316 | Higher chloride and salt-water resistance | Marine equipment, chemical dosing, offshore and coastal installations |
| SUS420 | Martensitic, higher hardness and wear resistance | General machinery, power tools, applications needing a harder raceway |
| SUS440 | High-carbon martensitic, high hardness and dimensional stability | Precision instruments, medical devices, robotics, automation |
Flange geometry is not limited to standard square or round plates. We machine custom flange shapes, pilot diameters, and mounting hole patterns to suit your housing and assembly line.
A specialty flanged bearing frequently starts with a performance problem rather than a catalog part number. Our engineering team works from your drawing, sample, or application parameters, then optimizes the bearing structure, material, seal type, cage, internal clearance, preload, and lubrication.
This is supported by our broader Flanged Bearings capability, which also includes bearing steel versions when corrosion resistance is not the primary requirement.
We control the parameters that determine service life in a flanged bearing: raceway geometry, surface finish, ball complement, flange flatness, and mounting-hole accuracy. For standard miniature stainless flanged series, YHU bearings run in the 20–25 dB noise range. Specially treated stainless steel bearings in our range can operate reliably from -253°C to 350°C.
Our quality system is certified under IATF 16949, and we hold RoHS, CE, and SGS documentation. The same closed-loop system covers incoming raw material, in-process machining, assembly, and finished-batch inspection before release.
Because the flange is machined as part of the outer ring, a specialty flanged bearing provides a repeatable mounting face. This simplifies housing design: a counterbore and bolt pattern are usually sufficient, and the pilot diameter maintains concentricity while the bolt holes carry axial load.
During installation, we recommend a flat seating surface and even bolt torque to avoid distorting the outer ring. For automated assembly lines, the compact flange design reduces manual alignment time compared to housed units. In service, maintenance is straightforward: periodic checks of bolt torque, cleanliness, and lubrication condition are enough for most sealed or shielded configurations.
To prepare an accurate drawing and quotation, our engineers need the following project data:
We manufacture SUS304, SUS316, SUS420, and SUS440 flanged bearing versions. SUS304 and SUS316 provide good corrosion resistance and low magnetic response for washdown and chemical environments; SUS420 and SUS440 offer higher hardness and wear resistance for load-carrying precision applications.
Yes. Our customization service covers bore tolerances, outer diameters, flange thickness, pilot diameters, and mounting hole patterns. We also combine these with special seals, cage materials, internal clearance, and preload as needed.
For standard miniature stainless flanged series, YHU bearings run in the 20–25 dB noise range. When a project requires tighter tolerances, we select the appropriate precision class and control roundness, surface finish, and internal clearance during grinding and assembly.
Yes. We provide full-process support from solution design and prototype evaluation to mass delivery and after-sales technical assistance. Prototype validation is recommended when modifying material, seal type, flange geometry, or lubrication.
Our manufacturing system is certified under IATF 16949, and we hold RoHS, CE, and SGS documentation. Incoming material, in-process checks, and finished-batch inspection are all covered by the same quality system.
Our portfolio also includes Products for applications with different operating ranges, interfaces or integration requirements.
