View MoreJiangsu Yinghong Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. is a Silicon Nitride Ceramic Bearings manufacturer and OEM supplier under the registered YHU brand. From our production base in Jiangsu, China, we design and manufacture silicon nitride (Si3N4) bearings for equipment builders that need higher speed capability, electrical insulation, chemical resistance or non-magnetic operation. The programme covers full ceramic and hybrid ceramic constructions in standard and custom dimensions.
Our factory operates automated production lines and high-precision testing equipment, with a closed-loop quality system that extends from incoming material to finished delivery. This category is the performance tier of our bearing range, complementing our bearing steel, stainless steel and specialty plastic bearings.
Silicon nitride is the material we specify when conventional steel bearings reach their speed, electrical or chemical limits. As a China-based Silicon Nitride Ceramic Bearings supplier, we offer two constructions.
Both constructions can be supplied as deep groove ball bearings, flanged bearings, angular contact bearings and custom non-standard shapes. Customers moving from our Stainless Steel Bearings range often keep the same ring dimensions and change only the rolling elements to Si3N4. These ceramic bearings sit alongside our full product range when mixed-material assemblies are needed.
Because Si3N4 retains hardness at elevated temperature and has roughly one-quarter the thermal expansion of bearing steel, preload is more stable in assemblies that run hot. We treat this as a design input, not a side effect, when setting clearance and fit.
The table below summarises the three configurations we build in this category and the operating conditions each one targets.
| Configuration | Rings | Rolling Elements | Best Fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Full ceramic Si3N4 | Si3N4 | Si3N4 | Electrical insulation, non-magnetic instruments, chemical and extreme-temperature duty |
| Hybrid with bearing steel rings | Bearing steel | Si3N4 | High-speed motors and spindles, noise-sensitive drives, longer grease life |
| Hybrid with stainless rings | SUS440C or SUS316 | Si3N4 | Corrosive washdown, medical, marine and food-line equipment |
We start from the working point – speed, load, temperature and environment – then set the parameters that determine bearing behaviour.
Custom work is a normal part of our silicon nitride programme. We develop non-standard bores, outer diameters, widths and flange arrangements from customer drawings or from an existing failed sample.
The service chain covers solution design, prototype production, mass delivery and after-sales technical support. When equipment suffers repeated ceramic or steel bearing failures, our engineers analyse the failure mode and adjust material, clearance, cage or sealing before quoting production quantities.
Quality is managed through a closed-loop system from raw material warehousing to process control and finished-product inspection. Our high-precision testing equipment verifies precision, noise, vibration, sealing, wear resistance and corrosion resistance before delivery.
Yinghong operates as a National High-Tech Enterprise and holds IATF 16949, RoHS, CE and SGS certifications. SGS test reports can be included in the documentation package when independent material or product verification is required.
To prepare an accurate configuration and quotation, our engineering team works from the following project inputs:
In a full ceramic bearing, both rings and rolling elements are Si3N4, giving complete electrical insulation, non-magnetic behaviour and maximum chemical resistance. Hybrid bearings use steel or stainless rings with silicon nitride balls, preserving conventional ring fittings and load capacity while gaining the speed, wear and lubricity advantages of ceramic rolling elements.
Yes. We machine custom bores, outer diameters, widths and flange configurations from drawings or existing samples. The project moves from solution design to prototype production, then to mass delivery, and our engineers confirm any necessary design corrections before the production run.
The choice depends on speed, temperature and the operating environment. High-speed grease is specified for most motor, spindle and dental applications; oil mist or jet lubrication suits very high DmN values. For vacuum or cleanroom service, we recommend minimal or dry-running arrangements with an appropriate cage material.
Clearance is calculated from the shaft and housing fits, the temperature gradient across the bearing and the preload target. We determine the effective clearance at operating temperature and confirm the recommended C2, CN, C3 or C4 classification on the drawing before production.
Ceramic components handle high compressive loads but are less tolerant of point impacts than steel. We supply mounting instructions covering correct press-fit forces, controlled heating of rings and handling to avoid edge loading. Matched angular contact sets are delivered with preload defined for your assembly.
