View MoreJiangsu Yinghong Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional PP Bearings manufacturer and OEM supplier under the YHU brand. We produce polypropylene (PP) plastic bearings for applications where corrosion resistance, low weight, electrical insulation and quiet operation are more important than high load capacity. The same factory that makes our precision steel and ceramic bearings also runs the PP bearing line, using automated equipment and the YHU quality system.
Our engineering team configures PP bearings for standard and non-standard assemblies. We define bore size, outer diameter, width, ball complement, sealing and internal clearance from the working point, not from a fixed catalog only. For procurement and technical teams that need a reliable China-based source, we support prototyping, serial production and drawing-based OEM projects.
Polypropylene is a low-density thermoplastic with good resistance to water, salt solutions, weak acids and many solvents. In bearing form, PP delivers a non-magnetic, electrically insulating raceway that runs quietly and survives washdown and high-humidity environments. We select homopolymer or copolymer PP grades according to the media, and we match the rolling element material to the application.
PP is one of the material families in our plastic bearing program. As a PP Bearings supplier, we also manufacture POM, UPE, PEEK, PTFE, PVDF, PA66, PI and specially modified plastic bearings. The material decision depends on the chemical, thermal and mechanical requirements of the assembly. The table below shows where PP fits against other materials we process.
| Material | Strong Points | Typical Fit |
|---|---|---|
| PP | Good chemical resistance, low density, low noise, cost-effective | Washdown conveyors, food equipment, marine hardware, agricultural sprayers |
| POM | High stiffness, good dimensional stability, low friction | Gears, sliding mechanisms, copier and printer assemblies |
| PVDF | Excellent chemical resistance, high purity | Chemical process equipment, semiconductor-adjacent tools |
| PTFE | Lowest friction, broad chemical compatibility | Dry-running slide elements, aggressive chemical exposure |
| PEEK | High strength, high temperature capability | Pumps, compressors, process machinery |
| UPE | Excellent wear resistance, low moisture absorption | Wet and abrasive environments |
For higher radial loads and operating speeds, our Deep Groove Ball Bearings range includes bearing steel and stainless steel executions. The full program is listed under Products.
PP bearings are selected for equipment that must survive moisture, cleaning agents, fertilizer, saltwater splash and weak chemical media. Their low density also reduces rotating mass in lightweight and handheld equipment.
We treat each PP bearing as an engineered component. The starting point is the service duty, not just the part number. We then define the bearing variant that fits the customer’s housing, shaft and assembly process.
Yinghong supports OEM and ODM projects from solution design and prototype production to mass delivery and after-sales technical support. When a customer sends a failed steel bearing, we analyze the failure mode and propose a PP-based design that addresses corrosion, electrical arcing or washdown damage.
PP bearings are produced under the same quality system as our precision steel and ceramic bearings. The factory is a National High-Tech Enterprise with IATF 16949, RoHS, CE and SGS certifications. Dimensional inspection, material traceability and running checks are part of the routine before products are packed for shipment.
To prepare an accurate proposal, our engineering team needs the operating conditions around the bearing. Send us as much of the following as possible:
PP bearings are lighter, non-magnetic, electrically insulating and often more economical in mildly corrosive and washdown conditions. Stainless steel bearings provide higher load capacity and broader temperature range, so the correct choice depends on mechanical duty and environmental exposure.
Possibly, depending on the PP grade, additives, sealing components and the customer’s food contact standard. We review the application and propose a formulation that matches your regulatory and process requirements.
Common choices are stainless steel balls for corrosion resistance, glass balls for non-magnetic and insulating assemblies, and ceramic balls for higher speed or lower inertia. We select the combination based on media, load and speed.
PP is not inherently self-lubricating like PTFE or POM. For dry-running applications, we design the bearing with compatible ball, separator and internal geometry, and we sometimes use modified compounds. If lubrication is permitted, we specify a grease compatible with the process media.
Yes. As a manufacturer of non-standard bearings, we regularly produce PP bearings with custom bores, outer diameters, widths, flanges and mounting features. Submit the shaft and housing interface, and our engineering team will review the design.
Provide the operating conditions, the existing part number or drawing, and the fastening method. We use that information to prepare a configuration recommendation, sample plan and quotation.
Our portfolio also includes Bearing Steel Bearings for applications with different operating ranges, interfaces or integration requirements.
