This series of models is primarily designed for medium-load imperial drive applications. The inclusion of a flange allows the bearing to seat securely against a shoulder in non-through-bore housings. As classic models, the R3 and R3A feature optimized internal ball counts and diameters, significantly enhancing their dynamic load ratings. These bearings provide stable rotational support for miniature components in precision textile or packaging machinery.
Bearing Features
Their bearing steel construction ensures thermal stability during continuous operation, preventing seizure caused by temperature rise. Precision sealing options—such as metal shields or rubber seals—combine with the flanged design to offer multi-layered protection against the ingress of external dust into the critical rolling zone.
