This series comprises heavy-duty miniature flanged bearings. The 63 series features the largest ball diameters and the thickest outer ring walls within this size category. Combined with the high hardenability and hardness of SUS420 stainless steel, the raceway surfaces resist indentation (Brinell indentation) from sudden impact loads, ensuring smooth operation under heavy-load conditions.
Bearing Features
The substantial dimensions of the bearing include a wider, thicker flange, which provides superior axial locking force; this ensures the bearing remains securely seated against the housing in vertical installations or applications subject to significant vibration. Despite being a heavy-duty series, precision grinding keeps radial and axial runout within extremely tight tolerances, making them ideal for heavy-duty miniature motors that demand exceptional operational smoothness.
