The F69 series consists of typical thin-walled, deep-groove ball bearings with flanges, featuring an optimized geometry that delivers an exceptional weight-to-performance ratio. In applications such as drones, handheld electronic devices, and portable medical instruments, this lightweight design effectively reduces the device's overall weight, thereby extending operating time or enhancing maneuverability.
Bearing Features
Thanks to their relatively small rolling elements and balanced structural design, F69 series bearings generate minimal centrifugal force during high-speed rotation. This allows them to easily handle high-speed requirements—reaching tens of thousands of revolutions per minute—while maintaining low noise and vibration levels. The integrated flange design eliminates the need for complex installation steps involving retaining rings; during automated assembly, the flange serves as a reference surface, ensuring consistent alignment of all bearings within the device. Furthermore, the use of SUS440 material—which is non-magnetic (or weakly magnetic)—gives these bearings a distinct advantage in precision electronic environments sensitive to magnetic fields.
