View MoreJiangsu Yinghong Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. (YHU) is a SUS304 Angular Contact Ball Bearings manufacturer formed through the joint investment of Dongguan Yinghong, Linqing Boshuo, and Yancheng Jiwei. The SUS304 angular contact line is engineered for equipment that needs combined radial and axial load support in environments where ordinary bearing steel corrodes too quickly. We produce these bearings with automated production lines, Japanese precision manufacturing technology, and a quality system that follows the material from receiving inspection through final testing.
We operate as a Wholesale SUS304 Angular Contact Ball Bearings Factory, supplying OEMs, distributors, and plant engineering teams directly from our Yancheng facility. Standard dimensions are complemented by customized non-standard bearings with modified bore, outside diameter, width, sealing, lubrication, cage, and preload. The same production platform also supports bearing steel, stainless steel, ceramic, and plastic bearing lines under the YHU brand.
Angular contact ball bearings are used when a shaft carries radial and axial forces together. The inner and outer raceways are offset to form a contact angle, and axial load transfers through that angle. In SUS304 form, the same geometry provides corrosion resistance and a non-magnetic response in applications that would attack chrome steel or high-carbon stainless bearings.
The range is quoted against the working point of each application rather than a fixed size list. Our engineers begin with bore, outside diameter, contact angle, and the load direction, then add seals, lubrication, cage, preload, and tolerance class to match the duty cycle.
| Configuration | Application Fit | Typical Decision Points |
|---|---|---|
| Single-row SUS304 angular contact bearings | Pump shafts, spindle supports, conveyor rollers, and instrument shafts with combined radial and one-direction axial load. | Contact angle, bore/OD, grease type, seal selection, running accuracy. |
| Matched pairs (DB, DF, or DT) | Lead screws, precision shafts, gearboxes, and positioning stages requiring bidirectional axial support or higher moment stiffness. | Preload class, pair arrangement, axial internal clearance, thermal compensation. |
| Sealed and shielded versions | Washdown machines, dusty production lines, medical devices with long idle periods, and food processing equipment. | RS/ZZ configuration, friction torque, speed limit, cleanability. |
| Non-standard dimensions and custom envelopes | Replacement of discontinued bearings, compact OEM designs, and special housings with limited space. | Drawing or sample, tolerance class, cage material, surface finish. |
| Hybrid SUS304 rings with ceramic balls | Non-magnetic assemblies, high-speed low-torque designs, and applications needing harder rolling elements. | Ball material, lubricant, cage type, speed/temperature envelope. |
SUS304 material follows JIS G4303 and matches the chemical composition of ASTM 304: approximately 18 to 20 percent chromium and 8 to 10.5 percent nickel. It provides broad corrosion resistance and a neutral magnetic response in sensitive equipment. The practical trade-off is that SUS304 is austenitic and not hardenable by heat treatment, so the raceways are softer than bearing steel or SUS440C.
For radial-only positions, we also manufacture SUS304 Stainless Steel Bearings with deep-groove geometry. The angular contact line extends that same material family to applications that need directional axial stiffness.
Yinghong operates as a National High-Tech Enterprise and holds IATF 16949, RoHS, CE, and SGS certifications. The factory is equipped with high-precision inspection instruments covering dimensional accuracy, noise, vibration, sealing, wear resistance, and corrosion behavior. Material receiving, production processes, and finished goods are managed under a closed-loop quality system.
Our workflow runs from solution design to prototype production, mass delivery, and after-sales technical support. We modify bore, outside diameter, width, contact angle, preload, internal clearance, sealing, cage material, and lubricant for the application. OEM and distributor programs can use the YHU brand or customer-specific marking according to the commercial agreement.
The R&D team works on structure and material optimization for motors, power tools, medical devices, semiconductor equipment, and aerospace subassemblies. When a standard size is not the right answer, a prototype lot is produced for validation before the production schedule is confirmed.
A useful proposal starts with the bearing working point, not only the part number. The following inputs help our engineers define the correct SUS304 angular contact configuration:
Orders are documented with lot traceability from material receipt to final inspection. We supply the inspection and material certificates agreed at quotation, and SGS test reports can be included when specified. Export packaging protects against moisture and transport shock, with product marking aligned to the purchase order.
After delivery, the engineering team supports installation questions, lubricant selection, and performance follow-up through the distributor or the plant maintenance channel. The wider product catalog is available under our Products section.
Are SUS304 angular contact bearings a direct replacement for standard angular contact bearings?
Dimensionally, yes, if the size and tolerance class match. Load capacity is not identical because SUS304 rings are not hardened. Before approving the substitution, we review the application load point; for higher raceway hardness, SUS440C or a hybrid ceramic ball design is usually the safer route.
Are SUS304 angular contact ball bearings non-magnetic?
Austenitic SUS304 is essentially non-magnetic in the annealed condition. Machining can induce a slight magnetic response, so for instruments with strict magnetic requirements we combine SUS304 rings with ceramic balls and non-metallic cages.
Can you produce non-standard bore, outside diameter, or width?
Yes. Non-standard dimensions are a core part of the factory workflow. Send a drawing, sample, or existing part number with the operating conditions; we quote the custom dimension, confirm contact angle and preload, and provide prototypes before mass production.
What temperature range can these bearings handle?
The practical limit is usually set by the lubricant and seal material rather than SUS304. Standard greases cover roughly -30 to +150 degrees Celsius. Specially treated YHU stainless bearings have been applied from -253 to +350 degrees Celsius when the grease and separator are selected for that range.
What should be included in an RFQ for SUS304 angular contact ball bearings?
Bore, outside diameter, width, contact angle if known, direction and magnitude of axial and radial loads, speed, environment, temperature, precision grade, seal and lubricant preference, quantity, and the documentation set you need. A drawing or sample shortens the process and reduces the chance of a wrong configuration.
Our portfolio also includes Deep Groove Ball Bearings for applications with different operating ranges, interfaces or integration requirements.
