View MoreJiangsu Yinghong Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. (YHU) is a China-based SUS316 Angular Contact Ball Bearings manufacturer specializing in precision stainless steel, ceramic and specialty plastic bearings. Our SUS316 angular contact line is engineered for rotating assemblies that must carry combined radial and axial loads while resisting chlorides, process chemicals, steam and repeated washdown. Typical customers come from marine drives, food and beverage equipment, medical instruments, semiconductor wet tools, textile machinery and other corrosive-duty industries.
SUS316 is a molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steel, similar in composition to ASTM 316 and EN 1.4401. The molybdenum addition gives it significantly better resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride and marine environments than SUS304, which makes it a preferred material for equipment exposed to seawater, disinfectants, caustic washdown or humid process lines.
Unlike martensitic stainless grades such as SUS440C, SUS316 is not hardenable by heat treatment. The bearing design therefore compensates with the correct contact angle, ball complement, cage and lubricant to keep contact stresses within the material capacity. In practice this means SUS316 angular contact ball bearings are chosen where corrosion resistance outweighs very high hardness, rather than as a replacement for 440C in heavy-load spindle duty.
Within our stainless steel angular contact family, we offer different material variants so the bearing matches the duty rather than forcing one grade into every project. SUS316 is our corrosion-first option; SUS420 and SUS440 cover harder, wear-dominated applications; SUS304 handles lighter corrosive duty; and special stainless steel grades address custom chemical, magnetic or temperature requirements. The Wholesale SUS316 Angular Contact Ball Bearings Factory listing is the entry point for requesting standard sizes or custom dimensions.
| Material variant | Material character | Application fit |
|---|---|---|
| SUS316 angular contact | Molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steel; high pitting and chloride resistance; generally non-magnetic. | Washdown, marine, chemical, medical, semiconductor wet processes, food processing. |
| SUS304 angular contact | Austenitic stainless steel; good corrosion resistance and formability; lower hardness than martensitic grades. | Lighter corrosive duty, non-magnetic requirements, instruments and general industrial equipment. |
| SUS420 angular contact | Martensitic stainless steel; moderate corrosion resistance with higher hardness after heat treatment. | Wear-resistant applications where some corrosion resistance is still required. |
| SUS440C angular contact | High-carbon martensitic stainless steel; maximum hardness and wear resistance among stainless bearing steels. | Heavier loads, precision spindles and applications where corrosion resistance is a secondary factor. |
| Special stainless steel angular contact | Custom alloys, heat treatment and surface conditions for specific compliance or performance needs. | Aerospace, medical, deep-sea, high-temperature or application-specific corrosive environments. |
An angular contact ball bearing is defined by more than its material. Contact angle, bearing arrangement, cage, sealing, lubricant and preload all affect stiffness, speed capability and service life. Our proposal work is built around those variables.
YHU operates automated production lines with high-precision testing equipment. We apply a comprehensive quality management system across raw material incoming, grinding, heat treatment, assembly and final inspection. The company holds IATF 16949, RoHS, CE and SGS certifications, and our SUS316 angular contact bearings can be supplied with the corresponding test documentation.
For critical projects, material grade confirmation and corrosion-resistance verification are part of the same process. This matters for SUS316 because the grade is often specified for regulatory or hygiene reasons, not only mechanical performance.
Before shipment we confirm housing and shaft fit, shoulder geometry, lubrication type, preload and mounting method. For washdown and marine applications, a sealed or shielded design with a suitable corrosion-resistant grease is usually specified.
We provide installation and re-lubrication guidance with each supply, and our technical team supports failure analysis if a bearing does not perform as expected. The same team can optimize an existing assembly when the original bearing has failed prematurely due to corrosion, contamination or incorrect preload.
To prepare a suitable configuration and quotation, we need the operating point rather than a generic bearing size. The following data helps us match geometry, material, cage, sealing and preload to your machine:
SUS316 angular contact bearings are part of a broader precision bearing program. Customers with radial-load requirements often combine them with Deep Groove Ball Bearings from the same factory. For less corrosive but still rust-resistant duty, our SUS316 Stainless Steel Bearings line covers the same material in deep groove geometry.
They are used where a rotating shaft must support combined radial and axial loads while the surrounding environment contains chlorides, moisture, chemicals or frequent washdown. Typical examples are marine drives, food and beverage equipment, medical devices, semiconductor wet tools and chemical process machinery.
SUS440C has much higher hardness and wear resistance, which suits heavy-load precision spindles. SUS316 offers superior resistance to chloride pitting and crevice corrosion, but because it is not hardenable by heat treatment, its load capacity and wear life are lower in abrasive or high-contact-stress conditions.
In the annealed condition, SUS316 has an austenitic structure and is generally non-magnetic. Cold working or welding can induce small amounts of martensite, so if the assembly has a strict magnetic requirement, finished bearing verification is recommended. We can review that requirement during custom development.
Yes. We are a manufacturer of both standard and non-standard bearings. With a drawing, sample or failed part, we can design, prototype and mass produce a SUS316 angular contact bearing for your envelope, load and environmental requirements.
Send us the load and speed data together with the shaft system layout. Our engineering team will calculate whether a 15°, 25° or 40° angle best handles the thrust share, speed and required rigidity for the application.
Our portfolio also includes Products for applications with different operating ranges, interfaces or integration requirements.
